Pot Lights & LED Lighting
Layered light that makes a room feel twice as expensive — installed with almost no mess.

What's actually involved
Pot lights are the single cheapest change that makes a room feel renovated. Done badly they read as a grid of holes; done well you stop noticing the fixtures and only see the light.
We plan the layout with you before a single hole is cut — beam angles, spacing, colour temperature and which lights sit on which dimmer.
Layout planned first
We mark the ceiling and walk it with you before cutting. Changing your mind is free at this stage.
Remodel-rated housings
Designed to go into finished ceilings without opening them up.
Dust controlled at source
HEPA extraction at the hole saw. Most customers are surprised how little cleanup there is.
Proper dimming
Matched dimmers and drivers so there is no flicker and no buzz at low levels.
Colour temperature you choose
2700K for warmth, 3000K for a crisper look. We show you the difference before committing.
High-CRI fixtures
92+ CRI so your paint, wood and skin tones look the way they should.
How the job runs
- 01
Design walk-through
We map the layout with your furniture in mind, not just the ceiling's geometry.
- 02
Cut and wire
Precision hole saws, circuits run back to the panel or an existing switch loop.
- 03
Trim and commission
Fixtures set, dimmers programmed, beam directions adjusted.
- 04
Clean up
Floor protection down before we start, vacuum before we leave.
Questions we get every week
Fewer than most people think. A 12x14 living room usually looks best with six to eight on a dimmer, plus a lamp layer — not twelve blasting at full output.
